Scott Dodson is moving from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, to William and Mary this summer. From the W&M Press release:
Dodson received a B.A. from Rice University and a J.D. from Duke Law School, where he was an articles editor for Duke Law Journal. After graduating cum laude, he clerked for Judge Nicholas Garaufis in the Eastern District of New York.
Dodson teaches Civil Procedure, Federal Courts, and Comparative
Civil Procedure. He is an expert on the law of procedure in federal
courts and has published extensively in such prestigious journals as Stanford Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Northwestern University Law Review, and Vanderbilt Law Review. His current academic project is a civil procedure book under contract with Oxford University Press.
