I was working at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia at the time and I remember the transfer well. Interestingly enough, the MLB-Morgan Lewis connection led to one-time Morgan Lewis attorney Frank Cooney (Morgan Lewis D.C.) to go in-house at MLB and later become president of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
