Berle, Jr. Center on Corporations, Law & Society — organized last year by Chuck O'Kelley at Seattle University is now available on-line. The volume contains many excellent pieces, including, of course, this one. All of the papers are downloadable in pdf from the law review's website, embedded below.
I think this one definitely wins the prize for fastest turn-around from meeting to publication (less than six months, if I'm counting right). Amazing work from all the symposium participants and the Seattle law review editors, particularly EIC Kurt E. Kruckeberg and our lead article editor, Robert Iff.
