As a huge fan of the greatest professional sports team ever–the New York Yankees (#28 this year)–I hope to post interesting facts about them, and perhaps even poke some fun at inferior franchises (okay, just a little bit). Also, as an academic that writes on citizenship, immigration, and civil rights, I hope to post current stories on one or more of these subjects.
