Please Welcome Jim Hawkins Into The Lounge

JimHawkinsWe welcome Jim Hawkins into the Lounge, as a guest for the month.  Jim is an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston Law Center, where he teaches in the fields of consumer/commercial law.  His scholarship has appeared, among other places, in the UCLA, William & Mary, Washington and Lee, Chapman, Tulane, and Indiana law journals.  Prior to entering academia he worked for Fulbright & Jaworski and served as a judicial clerk on the Fifth Circuit.
