President Bone Spur may have done this issue "a favor." Because of a backlash, folks will now fight harder for environmental issues…or as my dad said right after Nixon created the EPA, "pollution controls."
What if President Bone Spur, simply to take the heat off of himself, kept us in the Kyoto Protocol and just did NOHING, just for show? Just went through the motions? Complacency would have set in because lots of folks would just leave it to Bone Spur to do the job. In an odd twist, there is hope, because lots of us will be fighting like hell.
