Mary Davis Named Sole Dean Finalist at Kentucky Law

Interim dean Mary Davis has been named the only finalist candidate in the University of Kentucky's internal search for a new law school dean.

    I'm surprised state law would allow a dean search at a public institution to only be internal. Not a good policy IMO.

    And, one finalist. Sort of like an election in a one party state. Come to think of it, isn't that the goal?
