I'm so sorry to hear this, Dan. Growing up in Philadelphia, I heard a lot about Paterno. He was a fixture in the Pennsylvania culture for everyone. It's odd, I guess, to feel a connection to someone you've never met — and who coached at a school I never attended, but I am still unsettled and saddened by this.
