In Atmosphere Of Retreat, Indiana Tech Law School Moves Forward

There has been a good deal of talk recently about new law schools put on hold.  Don't count Indiana Tech among the naysayers, however.  On Friday, its board of trustees approved the school's decision to open a new law school in the fall of 2013.  According to this story, it will be the state's first new law school in 119 years.
