Rutgers School of Law-Newark is seeking entry level and lateral faculty candidates for a tenure track corporate law position commencing July 1, 2012. The School seeks candidates whose scholarship focuses on corporate governance, financial systems, corporate finance, securities regulation, or the Dodd-Frank financial reforms.
